After turning into the complex, drive to the back building furthest away from the main road. Look for our sign above the main entrance on the building’s portico.

Our office is located at the corner of Lander and Landerbrook roads on the highway side. The building is wrapped in steel and is also called “The Diner” due to its resemblance to an old 50’s Diner. The building has two entrances and our suite is closest to the entrance by the pond on the first floor.

Mentor

Our office is located within the large University Hospital Mentor Health Center. For ease of access to the suite, it is most important to enter the building at the correct entrance. Please drive around the main building until you locate the entrance labeled WEST POB. If entering the campus from Mentor Avenue, the quickest route would be to veer to the left. Once entering at West POB, the office is located immediately to the left.

Our office is located in the Comprehensive Pain Management Building You will take Sandy Knoll Drive and Corporate Woods Pkwy to the office. Our destination is on the left. You will turn left into the drive; the main entrance faces Corporate Woods Pkwy.
