Whether you seek cosmetic, medical, or surgical dermatology treatment, we are your trusted partners for your skin care needs.
- Acne: Acne is a common dermatology concern that brings patients in to see our providers. A result of inflammation, acne causes your pores to become red and swollen, often resulting in pimples and other eruptions. Because every patient’s condition is unique based on complexion, life stage, and genetic makeup, we are able to customize a treatment plan to control your acne breakout, reduce scarring, and keep your skin clear and healthy. We offer topical and oral medications, chemical peels, laser and light therapies.
- Psoriasis: Caused by immune system irregularities that causese thickening of the skin, resulting in a build up on the skin, psoriasis affects an estimated 8 million Americans. Plaque psoriasis is the most common type of psoriasis, with raised red patches with silvery-white flakes. Aggravated by stress, injuries, weather, diet, or allergies to medication, Allied Dermatology will customize treatments to the individual, which can include, compounded preparations, prescription topical medications, light therapy, Xtrac laser therapy, or oral medications along with biologics.
- Rosacea: Rosacea is aggravated by alcohol consumption, spicy food, stress, exercise, the use of some skin care products, and sun exposure. Symptoms can appear on the face, neck, chest, ears, and scalp in the form of acne-like bumps and pimples, flushing, persistent facial redness, and inflammation. Our customized treatment plan may include a daily skin care regimen, the use of good sunscreen, oral antibiotics, and topical medications. We might also recommend intense pulsed light treatments and vascular laser therapy.
- Warts: Caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV), warts can be an unsightly and contagious condition. Your treatment options include laser surgery, cryotherapy, electrosurgery, and topical medications.
- Rashes: Rashes can be related to a variety of causes, including viral, fungal, or bacterial infections, allergies and hot weather. While rashes can have a wide range of possible treatments, our dermatologists often begin with conservative treatments such as, topical medications, and antihistamines. If warranted, our providers can customize your treatments.
